SOUTH KOREA'S STANDARD OF LIVING “DOCKS” IN PORT CITY

South Korea is the country that invests the most in terms of the number of projects and the amount of capital invested in Hai Phong, Vietnam's oldest port city. New York stands out again for the High Line, which forms a green corridor lined with trees on the western side of Manhattan. A pride of Korea is Bundang, the most populous district in Seongnam City. Areum Village in Bundang, which is located next to highways, has previously been tormented by noise and smoke. Internationalization of living spaces

The economic development brought about by an upgrade in lifestyle has also taken place in Hai Phong, a dynamic port city of Vietnam in the past. As the leading foreign direct investment (FDI) port city in the country, along with its geographical position, Hai Phong has developed strong industrial and seaports sectors. In the first nine months of 2023, Hai Phong became the country's leader in total FDI investment. In particular, to date, South Korea is the largest investment group in both the number of projects and the amount of capital invested. In 2022, the total export turnover through the port gate of Hai Phong to the Korean market reached 12.3 billion USD, the total import turnover through the port gate of Hai Phong from the South Korean market reached 7.8 billion USD. The economic acceleration of Hai Phong led to the immigration of foreign professionals with higher requirements for the quality of living space.
